Congratulations to our Florida Hospital Lake Placid ED!

We were very pleased to award Florida Hospital Lake Placid with an ED Patient Experience Top Performer Award this past Tuesday at the AHS ED Excellence: Hardwiring Flow and Patient Experience Conference in Orlando.
For the past six months, Lake Placid has been in the top quartile of the national benchmarks in both the Likelihood to Recommend and Overall Rating of Care questions on your ED survey.
In addition, Lake Placid ED Nurse Manager, Lori Ashworth, participated in our conference by presenting a testimonial about staff engagement and the wonderful governance process that is implemented in the Lake Placid ED. Lori, you did a wonderful job sharing your story with the 250 attendees at the conference! Thank you. Way to go FH Lake Placid! Your ED is a shining example to others throughout our system.
