Each year the Florida Hospital Wauchula staff selects their top “Nurses of the Year” and honors them during Nurses Week. Each nurse is recognized for providing outstanding service and compassion to their patients while continuing Florida Hospital’s mission to “Extend the Healing Ministry of Christ.” This year the winners are: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Stephanie Blondin, Med Swing/TCU Registered Nurse Julie Valdivia and Licensed Practical Nurse Deborah Castillo.
